The oldest wife of Late Alhaji Surajdeen Olatunji Awolaja, Mrs Selimot Agbeke Odukoya Awolaja, of Soyindo kingdom sagumu, Remo is 91 today 1st of may 2021.
She is the daughter of Late Ladipo Odukoya of Itunsokun in Offin Sagamu Remi, Ogun state. Her late husband Olatunji Awolaja, Father Taju, Muri, Folakemi, Bimpe, Titi, and others went to Lagos in the 1950s in company of his other 3 friends also from Sagamu Remo, these friends are late Primate Odunayo father of His Eminess Adewale Odunayo-PHD who is the founder of Topmost college of education and currently a member of the Sagamite club. Late Aaree Fatai Afolabi Adetu, father of Hakeem Segun Adetu a highly ranked Banker and Prince 'boye Adetu also known as awarawa, a Print and Art guru, a trustee of ASAPON, member and late Mr Okedeyi, father of Olanrewaju and Owolabi Okedeyi. They formed the Oredgbe Social Club of Remo, among the members of Oredegbe were late Alhaji Adegbite, Late Mr Adesanya, Late expensive Olubi of Ikenne, Late Chief Ogunubi of Soyindo, Late Mr Ajayi, Pa Sotuminu of Ijokun and others.

In those days the 3 friends used to live together in the same house or area in Lagos
Her mates in Sagamu that she could remember are Mrs Motayo Sode Soyombo, they've been friends from the age of six years. Others are wives of Oredegbe social club of Sagamu, these include Late Mrs Odunayo ( ye wale Odunayo), Mrs Fatai Adetu ( Ye Akeem-Mrs C.O .Adetu, and Ye Tope- Mrs wosilat Adetu)
